FONAP itself only processes the data that is technically necessary to display the website correctly and to ensure stability and security.<\/p>\n<p>Among other things, the page accessed, the IP address of the accessing device, the page from which the user was redirected and the date and time of access are stored for each access. A click on the logo of a social network leads to the FONAP presence in the respective network.<\/p>\n<p>When visiting the platforms, no personal data is collected, used and stored by FONAP, but by the operators of the respective social network. This happens even if visitors themselves do not have a profile in the respective social network. <\/p>\n<p>The individual data processing operations and their scope differ depending on the operator of the respective social network. FONAP has no influence on the collection of data and its further use by the operators of the social networks. The videos are stored on the YouTube video platform operated by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) and can be played directly from our website.<\/p>\n<p>The integration takes place using the extended data protection mode offered by YouTube and using a two-click solution. Furthermore, the videos are disabled (not present) when the page loads, so there is no automatic transfer of data to YouTube servers that may be located outside the European Economic Area. The videos can be played after the user consents to the respective processing by clicking on the video (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Only after the active click a data connection to the YouTube server is established.<\/p>\n<p>When you play the videos, certain data is transmitted to Google. This happens regardless of whether you have a YouTube or Google account that you are logged into, or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in to Google, your information can be directly assigned to your account. We have no influence on the data processing by Google.
